Princeton, N.J. — Oct. 28 — Pollen Productions is proud to announce that its recent documentary on the Dempster Fire Training Center in Mercer County has been selected for the 2025 Nassau Film Festival. The film will screen at the AMC MarketFair in Princeton, NJ, on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

The 10th annual Nassau Film Festival will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The festival runs from 6:30-10:30 p.m. at the AMC MarketFair 10 in Princeton, NJ. Tickets for the festival and more information, are available at nassaufilmfestival.org. 

Pollen Productions created The Dempster Fire Training Center film in an effort to highlight the rigorous training required for firefighting recruits and inspire the public to consider how they might support their local emergency services. The documentary also illustrates the value of filmmaking to address issues including recruitment, awareness, and more.

The Dempster Fire Training Center, located in Mercer County, N.J., serves as a premier facility for firefighter education and preparedness. The center offers state-of-the-art resources for recruits and veteran firefighters alike, reinforcing the region’s commitment to public safety.

The team completed the documentary in the summer of 2025. It is now supporting recruitment efforts for the Trenton Fire Department and surrounding communities. The film is currently available to watch on the Pollen Productions website as well as on YouTube via the links below prior to its screening at the Nassau Film Festival.
